Breakdown Support

If your vehicle has broken down and isn’t drivable, please arrange recovery through your company breakdown provider.

If your vehicle is still under warranty, the manufacturer may offer complimentary breakdown support.

If you’re unsure who your breakdown provider is, please contact your internal fleet team or refer to your fleet policy.

Accident management

If you’ve been involved in an accident, please contact your organisation’s fleet or insurance team for assistance.

Request early termination of your vehicle contract

You can look to end your agreement early through an Early Termination. If you decide to do this, an Early Termination fee may apply, along with any charges for excess mileage or damage, as set out in your agreement. Please let us know what you would like to do and we’ll do our best to help.
